By placing an order on WandCrate.com, you agree to the following terms and confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched promptly via Australia Post or other trusted carriers. Tracking details are provided for all parcels.

International Shipping
All international orders ship from Australia. Delivery times vary by region and customs processing. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please monitor tracking. Australia Post investigates missing parcels only after 15 business days from the last scan.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels
Returned parcels due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection may incur re-shipping fees.

Combined Shipments
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split. Multiple pre-orders arriving together may be combined for safety and convenience.

VPN / Location Issues
Using VPNs or location-masking tools may result in incorrect pricing or shipping rates. WandCrate is not liable for discrepancies caused by such tools.

📦 Pre-Orders

Definition
Pre-orders are items not currently in stock. In-stock items are available for immediate dispatch.

Payment Terms

  • Pre-orders amounts are charged at the time when the order is submitted.

Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders and in-stock items may ship separately. Multiple pre-orders may be bundled if they arrive together.

Release Dates
Manufacturer ETAs are estimates and subject to change.

Shipping Fees
One shipping fee per order, even if items ship in multiple parcels.

Cancellations & Supplier Issues
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier issues, a full refund will be issued. Customer-initiated cancellations are reviewed case-by-case.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Damages

Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact support@wandcrate.com with photos and order details immediately upon receipt.

Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at WandCrate’s discretion as store credit. Items must be returned unopened and at the customer’s expense.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Packaging Condition
Minor packaging imperfections are not considered defects. Packaging variations are not grounds for refund or exchange.

Currency & Exchange Rates
All payments are processed in AUD. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and other secure options listed at checkout.

Fraud Prevention
Orders are screened via automated fraud detection. If flagged:

  • Orders may be held for verification
  • Additional documentation may be requested
  • Orders may be cancelled if no response is received within 7 days
